The IOBTN Professional Educator Program is designed for licensed beauty professionals who want to transition into teaching and mentoring the next generation of stylists. This 15-week program provides a structured pathway to becoming a licensed instructor, equipping participants with essential teaching methodologies, curriculum development skills, and hands-on classroom management experience.
